Whew, what a day. Our offline business is going to be the focus of my next Thursawday project. I should have the details out by the end of this month. This project will last all of 2008.

I’m going to use this space from time to time to write about the progress of the offline project and sales results versus projections. The numbers will be generic and not in dollar figures, but should give an idea of creating a project, working on it and doing some weekly self-analysis.

The first thing I chose as a project was to create some activity among peers. I talked to one of the other salesmen in our region and we’re going to meet once a month for lunch to discuss sales in one particular line of business. Calling him on the first for a meeting the middle of each month.
